What's going on here?
There's no public facing reverse geocoding API (e.g. Lat/Lon => city/state/zip).
There IS a method on the 3.4 maps API to do a local lookup for businesses based on an address, and that address can be a lat/long pair.
What this hack does is use map.getCenterLatLon() to and looks for nearby Starbucks. (Lord knows there's enough of them.)
No, it's not accurate to the meter of location borders, but it's "good enough" for what i need.
Eventually, I'm going to turn this into a sharable local page, so expect more stuff to get thrown on here, including the ability to construct elements from an externally stored XML definitions file (and the prerequisite ability to export out said file).
